Home a bit earlier today, as I’m going to make a cake with the same recipe that I use for buns, only put the mixture into two heart-shaped silicone ‘tins’ to cook, and then when cold put them together with butter icing in the middle, along with a bit of lemon juice to make it go a bit further so that there isn’t too much butter in it (watching the cholesterol).
